Rate is for Thousand Trails/NACO. We were here in the off season so only one loop was open. Were only about 10 RVs in the park. If full or near full this would be very busy. We picked a site with no one on either side of us and it was ok. If the other sites where full it would have been close. The park could use some maintenance: gravel on the sites, electric box upgrade, fill pot holes, etc. We had no TV reception off the antenna. Lots of shade. Wi-Fi worked great in the club house. No cell service with Verizon. Great place to stay to visit Yosemite National Park.

Park has paved roads and gravel sites. Host was very friendly and helpful and went out of the way to help. Campground was not full when we visited so every other site was used. If full, this would be very very close camping. The back of our RV was just about a foot away from the RV behind us. Hook ups at back of site so you may need extra sewer hose etc. We needed 30-foot of sewer hose to connect. Rates are as follows: back-in 30 amp $28., 50 amp $33. Pull throughs 30 amp $43., 50 amp $48. It's a good place to stay to visit SF Bay area via BART about 5 miles from campground. Wi-Fi was very week. Could be the area we were in. We used our Verizon air card and cell phone and they worked very well. There is no shade. Big grassy area in front of the park to walk dogs. No road noise but we did hear trains in the distance, very faint.

Since the last review this place is on the upswing. There is a lot of work being done here. I was told someone else took over the resort. We saw at least 30 fairly new golf carts. There is a lot of work ongoing. They are planting trees, putting in large drainage swells and grading etc. This park will be a 9 or 10 when complete. There is a new laundry and a club house. The small pond is filled, so you can use the paddle boats. We were there for 5 days and 2 were windy. But this is canyons and desert and is very common all over southern CA. There is Wi-Fi in the clubhouse. Our Verizon cell phone was very very week and our air card just worked. The hot tub and lap pool were heated.

Rate is $0 for Thousand Trails member, but we can't put a 0 in the nightly rate box. The staff is very friendly and the park is well maintained. There is Wi-Fi in the club house. Water and 30 amp electric sites only with a dump station. About half the sites are very tight and small for large RV's. You go and choose your site, so look around carefully. There is no cable and no reception off an antenna. Our Verizon cell phone was very spotty and our air card worked fair. There are 4 loops with 1 washer and dryer in each loop. There is a road and trail down to the river, which is not visible from the RV sites. We would stay here again.

The rate is for Coast to Coast + $3 for electric a night and $3 for each dog (we have 2 dogs, so an extra $6.). First time in over 40 years of RVing we had to pay an extra charge for our dogs. I could understand a charge if they had a nice fenced in dog run. There is an extra charge for 50 amp and pull throughs. The park is in need of maintenance. There are some run down looking permanent trailers that detract from the park. Our Verizon phone and aircard worked well. Sites are very close together. We would not stay here again. There is another Coast to Coast park about a mile away that is much nicer and does not charge extra for anything except wi-fi.

Friendly owner. Very tight turn getting into park. Rate is for Coast to Coast with a $3. charge for electric and $2. for cable. Sites are all grass with gravel roads. It was off season so every other site was used. If it were full and all sites used it would be very very close. There is Wi-Fi for a $3 or 4 dollar a day charge. We used our Verizon air card and it worked well as did our cell phones. You can not use your auto-former and the electric was OK. We had a 30 amp site and I don't believe there are any 50 amp. The laundry and bathrooms were very clean. There is no shade in the main part of the campground but along the far side of the campground there is a shady tree line. Very nice view of the river. Very quiet and peaceful. A great place to stay to visit the Redwoods. Nearest town with large food stores is about 25 mile distant. We would stay here again.

Rate is for Coast To Coast + $2.50 for cable. Somebody said paved sites, there are no paved sites. The staff is friendly. The road is full of potholes. The sites are gravel/dirt. Wi-Fi only works in or near clubhouse. We had full hook up 50 amp. There is a great fenced in dog area. There are few pull thrus. Its a great location. There is a lot of shade. The road did get muddy when it rained. Can't rate this higher them a 8 with the lack of paved roads and sites and free Wi-Fi that works through out the park.

This is a super Escapees park. The sites are large and well laid out. All are permanent type sites. You are given a site that is vacant (owners away w/their RV). Many sites are beautifully planted and decorated. Sites are all gravel and very level. The only think missing is wifi throughout the park.

The rate is for Coast To Coast, plus $1. for cable TV (13 Channels). Wi-Fi was also a $1. a day and the host said it was not the best. We used our Verizon air card and phone and they worked well. Very friendly staff. Very little shade. Campground divided into 2 sections, beach-side and road-side. The roads and sites are gravel and packed sand. As a Coast To Coast member we were told we could not have a beach-side site, even though they were about one third full the six days we stayed here. I ask about this and was told that is their rules. The road-side sites are very close. We had to move the picnic table so we could open our slide out as it was directly across from our neighbors and the table would not fit between the slide outs: that's close. From the ocean-side the beach is about 400 yards, not feet as stated in another review. It is about 800 yards from the road-side sites. We only had 30 amp electric. Maybe the beach-side has 50 amp as reported in another post. The RV Park is very clean and well kept. There are 3 other campgrounds in the area that accept Coast to Coast. One, located about 1/4 mile away does put Coast To Coast members on the beach-side sites. We would rate this park a 7 if we had a beach-side site as they are larger. We would not stay here again, we would choose another park in the area.

The rate is for Coast To Coast plus $2. for cable. The staff were friendly but not very knowledgeable about the area. Many sites will take large rigs. They are 2 or 3 pull thrus. There is a lot of shade. 20 sites have full hook ups with 50 amp electric and cable TV. The roads are paved and the sites are dirt with little gravel. Most sites are very wide with lots of vegetation and trees between them. It has the feeling of a state park try lay out. Our Verizon Air Card and phone worked well here. If they installed Wi-Fi and put down gravel on their sites we would rate this an 8. We would stay here again.

About 25 of the sites are permanent, and about 15 of these are very, very trashy. The only reason I gave this a 4 instead of something lower is because of the friendly owner, the super wifi, pull through sites, and good interior roads. The 30 amp electric was very weak as our autoformer kept busting electric. The owner said because of the economy he was taking in more monthly renters. These were not monthly, some have been there for quit a while and a school bus picks up kids at the park. The dog area is not fenced in as reported here. There is a fence separating the highway from the park on one side. This may have been an 8 or 9 as listed in passed reports, but these are 2 years old. There is a lot of highway noise. We would not stay here again.

This campground could be a 10 if they paved their roads and sites and had 50 amp electric. The staff is friendly. Not all sites have shade. The rate is for Coast To Coast plus $1 for electric and $1 for cable TV. Wi-Fi is also $1 a day. The river is hidden back in the woods where about 125 partial hook up sites are located. We arrived the day after they had 3 days of rain and these sites were very, very muddy. The upper part of the park had many pot holes that where filled with water. They have an indoor pool and sauna and hot tub. Their is a golf course plus other amenities. Great place to stay to visit MT Rainier and MT ST Helens.

This is a park for members only. There are 40 sites for transient visitors, 22 full hook up and 18 dry camping. Only self contained RV's. The rate is based on the weekly rate. The dry camp rate is $5. a day. The Wi-Fi only works in the clubhouse. It is a super super clean park. We would give this park a 10 if they had Wi-Fi throughout the park and 50 amp electric. It is one of the nicest parks we stayed in, in over 40 years of rv'ing. We will be back.

We would give this park a 10 if it weren't for the highway and train noise: very very noisy! Other than that, it's a great park with lots of grass and shade. A nice laundry with 2 washers and dryers. The Wi-Fi is good and there is no extra charge. The rate noted is a weekly rate: you pay for 6 days and the 7th is free. A very friendly and helpful staff. There was plenty of room to walk the dogs. All the sites and roads are paved and level, with full hook ups.

This is just a gravel parking lot with electric hook ups. Sites, if all were full, are very very close. It seems people take every other site. It's connected to a large grocery store. The views are great. There is highway noise, as you are right along Hwy 97. It's ok for a overnight stop or a day or two to tour the area. They have several water fill stations and a dump station. They also have a small laundry, which was only $0.75 a load. We would stay here again, but for only a day or two.

Rate is with Good Sam discount. They do take credit cards. About half the park is mobile homes. We had a 50 amp, full hook-up site. The Wi-Fi was good and free. Our site was a pull through and long enough so we didn't have to unhook. Sites are a little close. We were way in the back with no road noise. A very well kept park. They have a RV power wash which is $10.

This park could be a 10 if they provided a little more. The setting overlooking a crystal clear lake is super. We had a site that backed up to the lake. They only have electric hook-ups. Its just 15 amp electric which they generate. There is a water fill and a dump. At the dump there is a sign "Do not flush your tanks". You also have to take your trash with you. But the staff is super helpful and go out of their way to help you. The owner walked us to our site to see if it was to our liking. I saw her do this several times. The Wi-Fi was poor to fair, and there was no cell service. They have a laundry. We didn't use the showers and rest rooms but checked them out: they were spotless. We paid $28 dollars because we asked if they have any discounts. So she gave us $2 off. It pays to ask. We would stay here again.

Very well run RV Park. The staff is very friendly and helpful in arranging tours, etc. The place is spotless, and their laundry is the nicest we have ever seen. The rate is with a Good Sam discount. We did not pay for the Wi-Fi and cable TV which are both extra. Mostly no shade, and the setting is right in the middle of town with road noise. This is the only reason we didn't give them a 10.

What a gem in the middle of nowhere. This campground is meticulously maintained. The grass is like at a golf course. It is down a steep 1/3 mile driveway so there is no road noise. Spectacular views of the mountain, and there is a small lake at the end of the park. The Wi-Fi didn't work at our site as we where at the bottom of the park. It did work up close to the tower on the barn. We would give this park a 10 if the Wi-Fi was better and they had sewer hook ups. They do have a dump station with a sign "do not Flush your tanks". There is a smaller area up in the trees for tents and small RVs. There is a lot of shade in this area. There where about 10 sites there. They offer no discounts and do take credit cards.

A good overnight stop. Rate is Passport America. We had a long pull through site and didn't have to unhook for the night. There is an onsite restaurant. It's an older park. There is grass between the sites. We had a 30 amp electric, full hook-up site. We would stay here again.

Nice overnight stop with easy in and out. We had a pull through site and didn't need to unhook. The Wi-Fi was good. The rate is $25 in Canadian cash. They do take credit cards. The laundry was neat and very clean. It's located about 6 miles from town, and has a little highway noise. Very friendly owner. We would stay here again.

This is a great little campground along the AK Hwy at mile Km 1042. It is about 20 miles (west) from the junction of the Cassiar Hwy. and about 30 miles from Watson Lake. We had a pull thru that was about 70 foot long. We were right next to the creek. They have pit toilets and a water pump. There are bins of free firewood. There is no dump station. There are picnic tables and fire pits. We didn't have to unhook. Its a great stop over for the night or a good spot to just site and relax for a few days. There is a little highway noise.

They have a water fill and a dump station in town about a mile from the campground. The sites are heavily shaded. With a big rig you need to choose your site carefully. Many trees and some site are not at all level. We had a 30 amp site, but some of the sites have only 20 amps. They do accept credit cards. Young boy is office was not very helpful. There are fire rings and picnic tables. There are tennis courts and a playground all part of the municipal park. We would not stay here again.

Nice state park. They have a water fill and a dump station which is $5. even if camping there. Few site have some shade. There is a beach at the lake. Very busy park, mostly full every day we where there. You can run generators from 8 AM to 9 PM. Choose you site carefully, if you are between the lake and other sites you are a walkway. Like most state parks there is ample room between sites. There are no trees or bushes between sites, just grass, so no privacy. We feel its a little pricey for a no hook up state park, and you have to pay to dump. We would not stay here again, for use its to busy and noisy with to many unsupervised kids running through the sites of other campers.

This is a great base camp for visiting Anchorage, as it's only 12 miles from Anchorage. There is a 4-day stay limit. About 1/2 the sites can be reserved. All roads and sites are paved. There is lots of shade and room between the sites. It's very well kept and clean, with a host on site. There is also a few river sites. Our Verizon cell phone worked well here. As stated there are no hook-ups. They do have a water fill and a dump which is $5. even if you are camped there. We would stay here again.

This is a very, very well run campground with friendly and helpful staff. There is much shade, with trees between sites. Sites are very close and the trees do nothing for privacy. The roads and sites are gravel and fairly level. We didn't use the park's restrooms and showers but we did check these out and they are very, very clean and well stocked and kept. Wi-Fi is $2. a day. We used our Verizon aircard and it worked fairly well. Our cell service also worked well. We got about 10 channels on the TV with our antenna. They only have water and electric hook-ups, but do have a dump station. The rate is with a Good Sam discount. We would stay here again.

We had a tight, back-in site near the river. The sites offered no place to park our trucks when we unhooked. The staff was very friendly and helpful with booking tours. Their Wi-Fi was weak, and although the cable worked well, there are a limited number of stations. If in the area again we would prefer to stay at Pioneer Park.

The nicest public campground we have stayed in. The scenery was breathtaking. The mountains, the glaciers and the nearby creek were beautiful. The roads are wide and paved. We had a long, level, paved pull-thru site with a fire ring and picnic table. We could not see the next site, but could see one across from us. They have a host and sell firewood. There is no dump and the water is from a hand pump. There are no showers. There are great hiking trails from the campground. Visit the glaciers in the area. Rate is with the Golden Age Passport. We would give this park a 10 if they had a dump.

This review is for the campground right past the fishing hole. The sites are all back in. Most sites have numbers along the wooden dividers, but the sites along the water front don't seen to all have numbers and most don't have dividers. These are very close. There is a water fill and a dump station. The views are great. Homer is a fishing town and a little touristy. We would stay here again. They need a better layout and a host would be helpful as people were rolling around the dividers. There is no shade.

This is a super little park. Pay Wi-Fi in the park but free and fast at the lodge. You can use the Lodges hot tub and restaurant. The cable was good and our Verizon cell phone worked here. The laundry was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It's best to make reservations as this is a small park and it was full every night. All sites are back-ins. We would stay here again.

Very friendly staff, and very helpful with information on Denali. We had a full hook up site that was a back in. The site was level, but short. We had to park our truck across the road. The roads and sites are gravel. Great views and about 7 miles outside the Denali. A good base to visit Denali. They offer no discounts. If you need hook ups, this is the place to stay.

The staff was friendly! Verizon cel phone worked great, however the Wi-Fi only works at the office. Lots of shade and the gravel, dirt sites are fairly level. The pancake toss was great fun: I won a free $12 breakfast! You have to try their great reindeer chili served in a sourdough bread bowl. Added bonus: good truck and RV washing facilities.

This campground is in need of a lot of work. Its just a big gravel lot with no shade. The 20 amp electric kept tripping. The only thing good was the waterfront sites. We backed right up to Prince Williams Sound. They is no place to walk a dog, other them in the gravel lot. The person saying there is a dog walk here is reviewing the wrong park. The laundry and shower areas were very dirty and needed a lot of work. The paint was peeling and it smelled bad. We would not stay here again. They do not take credit cards. They offer no discounts at all.

The good news was the staff was friendly and helpful. Although our back-in site provided little space between campers, we had plenty of length to maneuver. The laundry area was clean. Their Wi-Fi was just ok. Unfortunately this park's interior roads where filled with large pot holes. We would look for a different campground if in the area again.

On Teslin lake. About 4 water sites. 6 parallel type sites, just pull along side of road. Some sites are a little small. We where OK in a parallel site along lake with a great view. We are about 54 feet long when hooked up. Fair gravel roads and sites fairly level. Free firewood. Enter the campground thru rear area. You could park here to check out campground.

About 25 miles east of Whitehorse along Alaska hwy. at km 1,379. Some site along lake front, but about 100 yards from the water. Much shade, sites well spaced. Very helpful staff. Free firewood. Good gravel roads and sites, very level. We would stay here again.

This is great little campground. No hookups, they do have pit toilets and free firewood. No showers or water available and no dump. Its is a Yukon Government Park. Good gravel roads and sites. About half are pull-thru. It is off the beaten path along the Silver trail. From here its a great place to leave the rig and dive the 40 mile gravel road to Keno. The fishing was good at the lake for Northern Pike.

This campground is located about 16 miles south of Anchorage at mile marker 101 on the Seward highway. It is a good location but in need of a lot of work. The gravel road into and thru the campground had potholes 8 and 9 inches deep and 2 to 4 feet round. It is a narrow winding one way road. Big rigs can get in if very careful. There where a lot of trees down laying all around. It look like they may have been cut and just left to rot. I did talk to a state park worker and he said the campground is going to get a complete makeover. I would not stay here without checking it out to see if it had a makeover.

The road in is dirt/gravel and a little rough for a mile. The rate is for Passport America. We stayed a second day for free with a horse back trail ride. The trail ride was super. The sites are close. The trees need trimming. There were only 3 other campers there so no problems. If full it could be a problem. The place has been sold according to the owner. He said the new owners have plans to upgrade. We are rating the park as it is now. It's about 7 miles outside the National Park. We would only stay here again if we were doing the trail ride.

Friendly staff. Thats about the only bright spot. Very trashy permanent RV with junk all over. Very low flying aircraft till 12:30AM. There is highway noise and trains. This place is not worth the $18. that was a Passport America rate. It right off I20. But if passing thru here again I would look for anther place.

There were many pot holes and lots of mud. The cable didn't work, we tried 2 others and finally got it to work. The Wifi was weak in our rig, but ok at office. The staff is very friendly. There are nice wide roads and pull throughs. Most sites are pull throughs; no need to unhook, nice and long, level sites. Wi-Fi worked well. Verizon was weak, but did work most of the time. There was no shade and it was windy. There were many steer right next to the park; neat to see, but could be a little smelly. This is a super overnight spot. If passing through the area we would stay here again. No discounts of any kind.

A super campground. Beautiful views of the mountains. No hookups. Elk in the park every night and morning. Rate is for camping and our entry (2 seniors)fee for each day. A bit pricey for no hookups. Self register park. We stayed in the electric loop. I am rating the electric loop. There is another loop for tenting. There are 45 electric sites. There are 2 places to get water. They have a dump. In this loop about five sites have a water view. There is a boat lunch. Dirt road and grass sites that are fairly level. There are picnic tables and a fire ring. The have flush toilets and new pit type toilets. Very little shade. We would stay here again.

The rate is with a coupon for $5. off. The campground is great for big rigs, plenty of room. Overall the campground is great, its the road in and if it rains. The road about 3 miles on dirt and the roads in the campground turned to mud when it rained. A real mess especially if you have pets. The owners very friendly. We would not stay here again.

Nice wide back in site with lots of shade and a lot of space between sites. Good gravel roads and sites. Can use the hot springs with no addition charge. We would stay here again.

Rate is w/Golden Age Pass. 47 of the sites have water and electric. Friendly staff. Paved roads, grave site. Sites are fairly level. Mostly back in sites, I don't believe there are any pull thru sites. Nice water view sites. 50 to 75 deer in field every night. Lots of room to walk the dogs. Picnic table and grill and fire ring at each site. Most picnic tables under a small roof shelter. Verizon phone and air card worked very well. About 20 miles from large grocery store. Good for fishing and boating. We would stay here again.

This is a Coast to Coast rate. Friendly staff. Neat and clean. 50 sites are full hook up. Many sites not level. A lot of amenities. No wi-fi, no cable. Sites do need more gravel. Nice and quiet. In a steep valley, TV reception poor. Verizon works just "ok". Verizon air card worked well. Woodall rates this a 5 "w". The condos and cabins may be a 5 "w", but we are rating the RV park. Maybe if we had a level paved site with wi-fi and cable we would rate this higher. Close to Canyon Lake. Two pools and two hot tubs. A very nice area to visit. We would stay here again.

Rate is coast To Coast. This is 30 site campground with all Pull-Thru sites. Road and sites are paved. They have 100's of acres yet the sites are very close together. They are set up to sell lots for homes or RV's. The road to the park is a secondary road and not the best road for a large RV. We did not have any problems. Its is about 9 miles from Bandera. It is way out in the hills of Hill Country. There is much wildlife. They have access to Lake Medina. At this time the lake is down 25 feet so impossible to lunch a boat. Not the fault of the RV Park. If the sites where spaced further apart and the access road where better this park could be 9. With wifi and cable it could be a 10. It is very quiet and peaceful.

Very friendly staff. 98 out 100 sites are Pull-thru. Small lake for fishing. Very nice laundry, $1. a load. Cable was fair. Wi-Fi didn't work at many sites. There is a casino with a great shuttle from the RV park. We paid $0. for 10 days, very easy to get comped. There is a pool, tennis courts, playground and horseshoes. Nice wide paved roads and sites with paved patio. Each site has a picnic table. There is no shade. Verizon worked well. Our Verizon air card worked extremely well. If the Wi-Fi and cable where better I would rate this a 10.

The newer sections we would rate a 8. The older sections need upgrading. Wi-Fi only works in some parts. Its $30. a month. They have no cable TV. This park is over 30 years old, way before satellite. We believe the Escapees is the best RV club there is, but this is their home park and it needs some improvement. The great dog run needs grass. We will stay here again.

Friendly staff. Paved roads and sites, some with steep drop offs. Some not too level. Most sites will take a large rig. Only 4 pull throughs. Great big lake. Boating, fishing and water sports are very big here. Needed more paved parking as many people had a extra car and boat trailer. It had rained for 4 days and the few grass areas did get torn up. They are installing a WiFi system. They have installed 11 WiFi towers in the park. I asked when it would be ready and if there would be a charge. I was told soon and not sure if there would be a charge. The rate is for the Golden Age Pass. Many water view or sites that back up to the water. Verizon phones work fair in some parks of the park and not at all in other sections. Our air card worked just "OK". I would rate this park a 9 if they had sewer hook ups and better more level and laid out sites. Although this is one of the best State parks we ever stayed in. About 30 miles from the hospital and from large food stores.

Very nice State Park. We had a back in site, that backed right up to the lake. Site was paved with paved patio and a picnic table and grill. Only negative is sewer is half way up along side of site. If you back all the way to the back of your site you need a very long sewer hose. Nice Beach across street. Park was nearly full, but very quiet. At this time of the year many Snow Birds, not a lot of kids. With nearly 500 sites it could be different in summer. Verizon cell and aircard worked very well. We would definitely stay here again.

Rate is CTC, $10.+ $2. for cable, you must pay for the cable. Wi-Fi is $12.00 a week, and worked great and fast. Staff very friendly. Park is neat and clean. Most sites are Pull-thru. They are side by side, so on one side your are very close to your neighbor but on the other side you have a lot of room. The park is on a lake and about 38 miles from the Gulf coast. If your looking for an overnight, its about 10 miles off I-10.

Very friendly staff. Several small lakes for fishing. No charge for fishing if you camp there. Fishing was fair, very windy the days I fished. The park was full for Mardi Gras. Rate is Passport America, for Sun to Thru, then its $30., but they did give us a Good Sam discount on those days. Wifi is thru Tango and is $5 a day. Verizon phone worked just ok, but our air card worked fairly well. We had a very level paved site. No shade. All but 3 sites are back ins. Most back up to one of the lakes. A little dusty as the roads are gravel. We would stay here again. No cable. Did receive several stations with the antenna.

Rate is for CTC. We only stayed 3 days so we where given a site with only water and 30 amp power. It had rained the day before and our site was very wet and muddy. We where on site 17 and there is very very very little gravel on that and surrounding sites. The back of the park had a lot of gravel and sewer hook up. The odd thing is that they had better sites that where empty. We didn't see these till the following day. But you only get one chance to make a first impression. These sites remained open the time we where there. As mention the road to the park in narrow. We arrived on a Sunday and the turn on the truck route was full of cars half on the road on both sides as there is a church on the corner. It takes very careful maneuvering. The knob on the water connection would not turn on until I tightened the screw. A bunch of little things made for a lower rating. On the plus side, the free wifi worked great. There is a small lake you can fish without a licence. Our Verizon phones worked on and off.

This is a full hook up park with picnic table, grill and garbage can at each site. All sites are back in. As stated in other reviews there are no restrooms, showers etc. All sites are cement pads and there is a wide cement road between the 2 rows of sites. The Gulf side and the back row. The Gulf side is $35.00 plus tax a night, the back row is $25.00 plus tax. There is a super beach across a small 2 lane road. There is not much room in the park to walk pets. You can walk them across the street on the beach. Also they can rum off leash on the beach. There is no staff at the park. There are signs on the sites that tell you to call the listed number. Within 5 minutes a very friendly staff worker shows up and register you. Sign up for a players card and you get $5.00 in free play, no longer $25.00, plus a buy one get one free buffet. It also a mug or tee shirt. The Casino is a real plus. The buffet is super. I would rate this a little higher if they had wifi or some grass between sites. Its mostly sand. It would be nice if they offered some discounts like Escapees or Good Sam, etc. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a very nice park. We had a pull thru site on a cement pad. Wifi did not work at our site, the only negative. The park is about 3 miles off I75. Easy in and out. $13.50 with Passport America. This is a resort park.

Very nice park. Would give it a 10 if we had a sewer site and the sites were paved. We had water and 50 amp electric, and cable TV. We had a very very long pull thru site with trees separating us from our neighbors. The sites and roads are packed sand. The staff was very friendly. We could not get the wifi at our site, #86. We where here over Labor Day and the park was full, but still very quite. The next day we had 6 empty sites on each side, no one in front of us and woods behind us. Convenient to I95. Their is a small lake with a beach. Also a river with a fishing pier and boat launch. They also sell bait. They do have a small laundry, with 2 or 3 washes and dryers. Close to the beaches at Jeykll and St. Simons islands.

This is a no frills campground. We where there for 5 nights and the only transient except for one night. There are about 15 old permanent trailers. Most are in fair condition. Most are kept OK. The owner and host are very very friendly. The sites are big for a private park. Long and level pull throughs. The park is very clean and well kept. Great fishing about 2 miles away. Some road noise. We stayed here with Passport America. Our rate was $14. for 50 amp. The sand gnats or no-see-ums were very bad. If this park had amenities like WiFi, a pool, etc, we would rate it a 8 or 9.

Friendly staff. Many sites are not level front to back. Rate is based on monthly rate, for a grass site. Paved sites are more. Wi-Fi does not work at all sites. Nice pool, and rebuilding the hot tub now. Many things to do in area. Little shade. We would stay here again.

We did not feel good about staying in this park. We left not sure we would get a refund. We did less $5.. The place needs a lot of cleaning up. I would not recommend this park.

Very long back in sites. Some pull-thru sites. Would rate this a 9 or 10 if sites had sewer connection and paved pads. Overall a very nice campground. We had a site that backed up to the water. Site was level. Very clean campground. Staff very friendly. We use our Golden Age Passport and paid $10.00 per night. we stayed for 7 nights. About 1/2 the sites can be reserved. We stayed here in a 5th wheel.

We had a full hookup site with 50 amps. It was one of the better sites, as we backed up to the river. Our site was all dirt. If it rained we would have had all mud. Very little gravel on our site. The site was level. Many of the site are very very close, looked like a storage area. If we would have had one of these we would have asked for another if available, or left. We stayed here as CDC members and at $10. a night with full hook up and back up to the river we felt like it was worth it.

Overall a nice park. They have 2 pools and a "Lazy River", float tubs provided. When we where here it was maybe 1/10 occupied. Could be cowered if full. We had the pool to ourself. We stayed here as CDC members. They only had 2 washers and dryers. As full time Revers we do us the parks laundry and found we had to wait for an empty washer, and this is with the park almost empty. So far for us this is the best park we stayed at in the CDC system.

The staff is friendly. We had a 50 amp site. Sites are gravel and mostly level. Very beautiful county side. Rate is for weekly stay. Roads in park are paved. Many seasonal sites, but kept up well. It is one of the lower priced parks in the area. There are many shaded sites. Verizon service is poor. This is a very busy park and area. In season it would be good to have reservations.

Friendly staff. Roads are gravel in park. Sites are grass and gravel. Nice clean park. Most sites are fairly level. About 1/2 are shaded. Rate is for monthly stay. Many things to do in the area. Beautiful country side. Reservation are suggested in season, especially in fall. Poor Verizon service. We would stay here again.

New owners as of April this year. Very friendly staff. They do have Wi-Fi, but only works in or near the office. Our rate was based on the monthly rate, + electric. Daily rate is $35. Sites and roads are gravel. Sites are level side to side, some are not level front to back. Most are pull thru sites. Light shade on most sites. We would stay here again. Not much to do, at the park, if you have kids. Some road noise. About 3 miles off I78.

A nice city park. Paved roads with long level gravel sites. They do not offer any type discount. Friendly staff with nice river views. Many big trees. There is a public swimming pool next to park. Casino across the river (couple miles around to it). We would stay here again.

Rate was for Passport America. Windy narrow going to park. About 5-6 miles off I-81. Charged $4.00 a night for cable. Nice view of mountains. Peaceful at this time of year. Only 3 or 4 other campers here. Could be busy in season. We where here 1st week of April. Staff was friendly. We where in the upper area in the open, few trees. There are many wooded sites. Sites are gravel. Ours was not level. With the park being this empty you would think they would put you on one of their better sites.

A no frills RV Park. Gravel roads and level gravel sites. Groceries across the street. Super friendly owners. We had good Wi-Fi, and cable TV, and FHU. All this for $12. with P.A., a great deal. We would stay here again.

COE Park. Rate is with Golden Age Passport. We had a wide gravel site, with W. & E.. There are a few FHU sites. There is a river for fishing. The view is great. The road to the park is a little narrow and windy and about 6-7 miles of PA. 40. Very hilly country. No Verizon cell service. Self register at this time of the year. This park is kind of out of the way, and I would not go here in season without first calling or making a reservation.

Great over night as it is only 1/2 mile off I81. The rate is for Passport America. The sites are thru the dealership. This is a no frills campground. Sites are level dirt. Could be a mess in the rain. Long site so we did not have to unhook. It is a great stop over for us traveling north or south on I81. Friendly office lady. They did not bother us about buying a new RV. Be great if you needed work on your RV, but can't tell you about the service.

Great COE park. Rate is for Golden Age Passport. Friendly staff. Good interior roads. Our site was a pull thru gravel alongside the lake. Very nice park. Great view. Most sites are shady. Fishing and boating on Lake Hartwell.

Rate is for C2C. Could be very busy in season. We had to change sites because the first site they assigned to us was under water (3 to 6 inches deep). The next site was dirt and very muddy. They had a lot of rain, several days before, but did little to get off their butts and see what the sites looked like. A park this big should escort you to your site. Many many seasonal sites, but neat, not trashy. This could have been a much better experience if they took time to practice good guess relation.

Nice small park on the river. Water and electric only, with a dump. Level gravel sites. Gravel interior roads. A super park for $10. Self register. No park host. We backed up to the river. We would stay here again. There are no showers if you need them.

Rate is based on weekly rate. They are a P.A. park also. Staff is very friendly. We where here for Easter. They had a covered dish dinner and provided the turkey and ham. Very well kept park. Gravel roads and site. Site was level. 1/4 mile off I-75. Very good Wi-Fi. Many trees, but no problem. We where escorted to our site, and they stayed to help us back in. A nice touch. We would stay here again.

Rate is for P.A. Nice park. We had a level grass/sand site. Very nice new rec room. They are putting in a pool. No shade. Friendly staff. Roads in park were paved. Wi-Fi was great. We would rate this park higher if they had paved sites and the pool was in. We would stay here again.
